Refund Policy
- If the cancellation of the trip is done 30 days before it happens, 80% of the amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation of the trip is done 15 days before it happens, 20% of the amount will be refunded.
- No refund will be processed if the trip is canceled during the last 15 days.
- All applicable refunds will be processed in 30 days.
- Suppose there are unavoidable circumstances like a pandemic, natural calamities, flight/train/bus cancellation, or disturbance due to politics. In that case, the trip can be rescheduled but cancellation is not an option in those scenarios.
- If there are government restrictions on any part of the area or any activity, the travel organizer will provide alternate options but the cancellation will not be processed.
